Advice for First-Year Students: One piece of advice for incoming first-year students: Become comfortable with being uncomfortable. I found that the moments I grew the most were when I faced challenges and stepped out of my comfort zone. Whether it was joining a new club, speaking up in class, or reaching out to make new friends or converse with a professor, embracing discomfort opened doors I never imagined.
