The Resource Lending Library (RLL) is available to all students of color, LGBTQ+, first-generation college, DACA and undocumented, Posse, College Track, and Summer Experience scholars with financial need and who would otherwise not be able to acquire the tools needed to succeed. The Center for Academic Equity’s Resource Lending Library provides access to learning tools required on Newcomb-Tulane College course syllabi. These items may include but are not limited to textbooks, calculators, access codes, art and architecture supplies, and classroom response systems. Requests for course-based resources should be made by the end of the second full week of class. Requests will be reviewed, and allocations made on a first come first serve basis while funds last. Students who make use of the RLL are required to return the borrowed item(s) before the last day of finals during the semester in which the request is made (unless permission is otherwise granted).

In 2020 CAE will host a socially distant version of the RLL program. Students can access our catalog, apply for the program, and make requests for new purchases online. Students will receive once-daily updates about their requests and schedule pick up of their course learning tools online. For questions regarding the fall 2020 program, please email Gabriel Rodriguez at email@example.com.
